Vanilla. Chocolate Wafer. Bittersweet. Most Won’t Know It’s Decaf.
Condor Colombia EA Decaf is a decadent tribute to dessert lovers — think vanilla bean ice cream melting into a warm chocolate wafer. At first sip, you’re wrapped in nostalgic vanilla sweetness and frosted banana bread crust. As it cools, layers of clove and chocolate bittersweetness linger. Comforting, classy, and one of the best traditionally washed decafs we’ve ever had.
Due to demand, we evolved our light-roast decaf into a third-wave medium-dark roast — more bittersweet depth, still sweet, with just a touch of roast and no oils.
⏳ Resting: Drinkable early! 7 days from roast for drip. 7–10 days for espresso.

🌍 El Vergel Estate: The Farm Behind the Cup
It started in 1995 when the Bayter family began farming at El Vergel Estate — first avocados, then coffee after the avocado market shifted in 2006. By 2016, guided by mentor Miguel Jimenez, they leaned into specialty coffee. By 2018, they were mastering fermentation control and developing the groundbreaking Koji fermentation technique — an innovation turning heads across the coffee world. Led by Martha Montenegro and her sons Elias and Shady, El Vergel fuses agricultural heritage, cutting-edge technique, and deep community commitment. Coffee here isn’t just a crop — it’s a catalyst.
