What we carry
Coffee shipped direct from the roaster. We partner with independent roasters across the country rather than warehousing beans ourselves. Your order goes to the people who roasted it, and it ships to you fresh. Freshness is not a marketing word in coffee — it is most of the flavor.
Gear chosen the way I would choose it for my own setup. Tampers, distributors, baskets, scales, pitchers, cups. Nothing here is on the site because it had a good margin. It is here because it does the job.
How we handle service
I am not a warehouse and I am not a call center. When you email support, you are emailing me.
If something arrives damaged, wrong, or defective, I will replace it or refund you — within 30 days, no return shipping, no argument. And if you are not sure which roast suits your machine or your taste, write to me before you order. I would rather spend ten minutes helping you pick the right bag than process a return on the wrong one. That conversation is the part of this I actually enjoy.
