Shipping policy

Shipping cost
- Orders under $35: $5.99 flat-rate shipping.
- Orders of $35 or more: free standard shipping.
- Supplier-direct items: some coffees and gear ship straight from our partner roasters and suppliers. Their product pages say "Ships direct from the supplier." These items are charged the supplier's shipping rate, shown at checkout, and don't count toward the $35 free-shipping total.

Where we ship
We ship only within the United States.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Supplier-direct items may have their own processing times.

Delivery times (US)
Each product page and your cart show the delivery estimate for those items. A mixed order ships on the slowest item's timeline. Typical estimates:
- Items shipped from our Colorado stock: 5–7 business days
- Supplier-direct coffee and gear: 3–7 days
- Espresso tools and accessories from our international partners: 7–12 days
- Items marked "Ships from overseas": 10–18 days

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Delays
We're not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control, but we'll help you track down any package that seems stuck.
