Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Some items ship directly from third-party suppliers and may have different processing times.
Shipping Times We ship to over 200 countries. Because some products ship from our own warehouse and others ship directly from third-party suppliers, delivery times vary by item. Estimated delivery times:
- United States: 5–21 business days
- International: 10–45 business days
Faster expedited carriers (such as DHL Express or FedEx) are used for many orders, but items fulfilled by third-party suppliers can take longer than the estimates above. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, supplier location, and destination.
Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50.
Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues outside our control.
