Kalita has been making pour-over brewers in Japan since 1958 — long before flat-bed extraction became a talking point. Their design philosophy is straightforward: slow the flow, distribute it evenly, and let the coffee do the work. The result is a cup that's clean, consistent, and more forgiving than most methods at this level of precision.

The Wave is the flagship — three small outlet holes and a flat bed that minimizes channeling even when your pour isn't perfect. The 102 and MINO take the same principles in different directions: the 102 is a classic two-hole flat dripper suited to slower, more deliberate brewing; the MINO is a compact travel option that doesn't sacrifice extraction quality for portability.
