Getting Started

Use a medium-fine grind, water around 200–205°F, and start with a 30-second bloom before your main pour. A gooseneck kettle helps, but the Wave Style's flat bed is forgiving even with an uneven pour — adjust grind coarseness based on how your cup tastes and record each session in the journal.
