Pro Tip

Stainless steel holds temperature well but can conduct heat to your hand if you rest the dripper directly on a thin cup wall. Brew over a mug with a wider rim or use a folded cloth underneath. Target 200–205°F, use a gooseneck kettle, start with a 30-second bloom, and medium-fine grind as your baseline.
