Supernova is Superlost Coffee’s signature espresso — a full medium roast built around three Latin American farms and dialed for consistently excellent shots with velvety crema. Notes of chocolate cream, orange zest, and almond cookies. Works beautifully as a straight shot, even better in milk-based drinks. The coffee behind many of New York’s best-known bakeries and cafés.
