The Kalita Wave 185 glass dripper delivers the same flat-bed extraction and three-outlet design as the stainless version — the difference is visibility. Glass lets you watch the water move through the grounds, which is useful when you’re learning the method and dialing in your pour rate. This kit pairs the glass 185 dripper with 100 matching filters, a 500ml heat-resistant glass server, and the 33 Cups of Espresso journal for tracking your brews.

Pro Tip

Glass drippers conduct heat differently than stainless — pre-warm yours with hot water before brewing to stabilize temperature and get more consistent extraction. Use a gooseneck kettle, target 200–205°F, and start with a 30-second bloom. Medium-fine grind as your baseline.
