The plastic dripper doesn’t absorb heat the way ceramic does, so you can skip the pre-warm step — one less variable. Start with a medium-fine grind, water around 200–205°F, and a 30-second bloom. A 1:15 ratio (e.g., 20g coffee to 300g water) is a solid baseline. If you want to dial in further, add a scale.
