Golden Harvest 2025–2026 is a premium Ethiopian natural process coffee from the Guadalupe Gold Cooperative, grown at 4,200–6,899 feet in the Ethiopian highlands. Two rare varieties: Geisha and Java, naturally processed to unlock full aromatic complexity. The Varieties

Geisha is one of the most prized coffee varieties in the world — originating from the Gori Gesha forest in Ethiopia and celebrated globally for its intense floral aromatics, jasmine and bergamot character, and delicate clarity. It commands some of the highest prices at specialty coffee auctions worldwide. Java variety contributes body and structural weight that Geisha alone tends to lack — the combination gives you Geisha’s florality and aroma with a fuller, more rounded mouthfeel than a pure Geisha lot would produce. Natural process (dry process) amplifies fruit and floral character by allowing the bean to ferment inside the cherry before drying — the result is a more complex, aromatic, and naturally sweet cup than washed processing produces.

Brew Methods

• Pour-over — the recommended method for Geisha; highlights the floral aromatics and vibrant acidity without any flavor interference. Use a medium-fine grind, bloom 45 seconds, slow controlled pour. Drink black — milk will mask what makes this coffee worth buying
• AeroPress — clean, controlled extraction; medium grind, shorter steep than standard to preserve the floral brightness
• Cold brew — natural process Ethiopian Geisha translates exceptionally well cold; the fruit and floral character stay fully present, the acidity softens naturally. Coarse grind, 12–14 hours. Serve black over ice
• Grind fresh immediately before brewing — the volatile floral aromatics that define this coffee dissipate faster than any other variety in the catalog. A burr grinder is not optional here
