Early Church, Early Morning — St. Peter Edition is a directly sourced Nicaraguan Arabica rated in the top 3% of the world’s beans, grown at 1,000–1,800 meters in the Matagalpa Highlands by a dedicated coffee cooperative. Shade-grown under a forest canopy using traditional farming methods — a practice that slows bean development, increases density, and produces cleaner, more nuanced flavor than sun-grown commercial alternatives. The result: clean high-altitude Arabica character, smooth well-structured body, natural sweetness, and balanced complexity. A serious everyday coffee with genuine provenance.

The Vision of St. Peter

This coffee is named for a vision given to Brother Dominic in Rome: Saint Peter appeared and handed him his staff, saying “Go and preach, for this is the work you have been chosen to do.” Saint Paul appeared and gave him the New Testament, saying “Teach Jesus Christ and him crucified.” Early Church, Early Morning is the coffee for that first hour — before the work begins, before the preaching starts, in the quiet that makes the rest of the day possible.
