Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order details. The exact amount will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Processing Time
Orders are processed and handed off to the carrier within one business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Estimates
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days of shipment. All items ship from within the United States — coffee ships directly from our roaster partners, so there are no extended overseas transit times.
Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather conditions, and peak holiday volume may affect transit times. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable window of its estimated delivery date, please contact us and we will look into it promptly.
Mixed Orders
If your order includes items from more than one roaster or supplier, they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You will receive individual tracking information for each shipment.
Tracking
A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. If your tracking has not updated within a few days of shipment, please contact us and we will follow up with the carrier on your behalf.
Shipping Addresses
Please verify your shipping address carefully at checkout. Once a package is in the carrier's possession, we are unable to reroute it. Packages returned as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may be subject to a reshipping fee.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund as appropriate. Please refer to our Return Policy for additional details.
