Geisha & Gesha Coffee

Geisha — also spelled Gesha — is one of the most talked-about varieties in specialty coffee, and for good reason. When it’s grown at the right altitude, processed with care, and roasted to highlight rather than obscure, the cup is genuinely unlike anything else: jasmine, bergamot, stone fruit, a clarity and delicacy that reads more like a fine tea than a standard coffee.

These are coffees that reward attention. Best as pour-over or Chemex, brewed at the lower end of your temperature range.
