How to brew it

Start at 1 to 2 tablespoons of grounds per 6 oz of water and adjust from there. If it tastes thin or sour, add a little more coffee. If it tastes heavy or bitter, back off. Keep the bag sealed in a cupboard, not the fridge, and plan to finish it within a few weeks of opening.
