The vanilla works with the roast's natural caramel tones rather than against them — the result is sweet, aromatic, creamy, and smooth without any artificial harshness or syrupy weight. Straightforward vanilla done well on a quality Arabica base.

This made a really nice coffee that had a warm flavor and a nice acidic bite.
We really enjoyed this coffee. It had a lot of distinctive flavor and made both a really good coffee and espresso. We just wish we got the bigger bag since by the time we were really enjoying it, it was gone!
