Guadalupe Gold — Pumpkin Spice is a post-roast flavored medium roast from Guadalupe Roastery: high-altitude specialty Arabica, medium roasted for a smooth, rounded body, then infused with food-grade pumpkin spice extract after roasting. The spice blend is cinnamon, clove, nutmeg, and ginger — the same combination that complements the caramelized compounds in roasted coffee naturally. Applied post-roast, the flavoring integrates into the aroma and mid-palate without flattening the roast character underneath.

Aroma is warm spice, toasted sugar, and a subtle vanilla note. Flavor runs cinnamon and nutmeg up front, pumpkin custard sweetness through the body, soft cocoa in the finish. Medium body, rounded and smooth, low-to-medium acidity. 12oz ground, fresh-sealed. Only available in ground at this time.
