58mm Espresso Tools & Accessories
The 58mm is the industry standard. Your workflow should match.
La Marzocco, Rancilio Silvia, ECM, Profitec, Rocket — if your machine runs a 58mm portafilter, you're already using the format that every serious espresso tool is designed around. That means no compromises on fit, and no excuses for bad pucks.
Channeling and uneven extraction aren't equipment failures. They're prep failures. The right tamper, distributor, and puck screen change what hits the cup — and they're not expensive fixes.
- Tampers — flat or convex, precision-fit to 58mm for a consistent seal every time
- Distribution tools — WDT needles and levelers that actually break up clumps before you tamp
- Puck screens — extend your shower screen's life and even out extraction pressure
- Dosing cups & funnels — grind straight into the portafilter, no mess, no waste
Everything here earns its place on the counter. Nothing added for the sake of it.
Frequently asked questions
Which machines use 58mm?
E61 machines (Rocket, ECM, Profitec, Lelit, Bezzera), La Marzocco, Rancilio Silvia, Gaggia Classic, and the Breville Dual Boiler and Oracle. Most Breville machines, like the Barista Express and Bambino, are 54mm. If you're not sure, check our Portafilter Size Guide.
Are all 58mm tools interchangeable?
Tampers, distributors and puck screens sized for 58mm fit most 58mm baskets. Portafilters are different: the number of ears and the group head design matter, so check the machine list on each portafilter.
What should I buy first?
A WDT tool, a well-fitted tamper and a puck screen. Together they solve most channeling and uneven extraction.
