Light Roast
Light roast is where origin flavor is most legible. Less time in the roaster means more of what the farm, the process, and the variety actually produced — floral notes, fruit-forward acidity, and the kind of clarity that rewards a slower brew method.
These are coffees worth paying attention to. Best in pour-over, Chemex, or any brew method that lets the aromatics open up.
