Yama Glass Silverton Brewer
A full immersion brewer in hand-blown borosilicate glass with a wood base and black and silver accents. The Silverton sits somewhere between a pour over and a clever dripper — water and grounds steep together in the top chamber, then release through the stainless steel cone filter into the 16oz beaker below when you’re ready. Control is in the contact time, not the pour rate.
It also works for cold brew and tea, and accepts Kalita 185 paper filters if you want a cleaner cup than the stainless filter alone provides. A good choice for someone who wants one brewer that handles multiple methods and looks right doing it.

We really enjoyed this coffee. It had a lot of distinctive flavor and made both a really good coffee and espresso. We just wish we got the bigger bag since by the time we were really enjoying it, it was gone!
