Choose your roast

• Medium roast: Nutty, bright, and smooth. A good place to start if you enjoy a little liveliness in the cup alongside a comforting nutty character.
• Dark roast: Brown sugar and almond tasting notes. Choose this profile if those deeper, sweet-toned flavors are more your style.

These are tasting notes that describe the coffee’s flavor, not a list of added ingredients. Your brewing method, grind, and recipe will influence what you notice in the finished cup.

What makes it decaf?

Wind Down Cup uses the Mountain Water Process for decaffeination. Decaf is the choice here, rather than a regular caffeinated coffee. It doesn’t mean the coffee is entirely caffeine-free, so keep that distinction in mind if you’re closely limiting your caffeine intake.

Whole bean or ground?

Choose whole bean if you have a grinder and want to adjust the grind to your brewer. Grind just before brewing and make only what you need for that batch. Choose ground if you prefer a simpler routine without a separate grinding step.
