Kanzu 726 comes from the Karambi community in Rwanda’s Nyamasheke region, high above Lake Kivu at around 2,000 meters. Nestled below the biodiverse Nyungwe Forest, the area’s cool climate, abundant rainfall, and rich volcanic soil allow the Bourbon cherries to ripen slowly — among the last harvested in Rwanda each season. The fully washed process delivers a clean, refined cup with the clarity and complexity that elevation like this produces.
