✅ 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee — Arrived damaged, wrong, or defective? We'll replace it or refund you, no hassle.
Already paying attention to your beans, grind, and brew recipe? Your water is another variable worth exploring. The Lotus Water Coffee Brew Water Kit includes four separate mineral solutions that let you prepare brewing water using a recipe, rather than leaving the mineral balance to guesswork.
Different water recipes can change how the same coffee tastes. This kit gives you a way to compare those changes while keeping your coffee dose, grind, and brewing method consistent. It’s a tool for experimenting, not a guarantee that every adjustment will improve the cup.
What’s in the mineral set?
The full set includes four mineral solutions, each in a 2 oz / 59 ml bottle:
- Magnesium chloride
- Calcium chloride
- Sodium bicarbonate
- Potassium bicarbonate
The kit comes with round-tipped droppers for recipe-based dosing. These are concentrated solutions for preparing brewing water, not ready-to-drink bottled water.
Which option should I choose?
- Full Mineral Set + 500 mL Mixing Bottle: Four-mineral set with a 500 ml mixing bottle.
- Full Mineral Set + 1000 mL Mixing Bottle: Four-mineral set with a 1,000 ml mixing bottle.
- Full Mineral Set Only: Four-mineral set without a mixing bottle.
The mixing-bottle size identifies the included container, not the total amount of water the mineral set can prepare.
How do I use it?
Choose a Lotus Water recipe and follow its instructions for starting water, batch size, and mineral dosing. The online recipe calculator supports flexible batch sizes up to five gallons. Measure the water, add the specified amounts, and mix as directed. Don’t assume the same dose works for every water source or batch size.
How much brewing water can one kit prepare?
The listed yield is up to 190 liters / 50 gallons at 70 ppm GH and 35 ppm KH. GH refers to general hardness; KH describes carbonate hardness, a measure related to buffering. Those figures specify the water profile used for the yield estimate. Your actual yield depends on the recipe and how much of each solution you use.
Who is this kit for?
Choose it if you want to experiment with coffee brewing water or repeat a specific mineral recipe. It is not a water purifier. If you plan to use prepared water in an espresso machine or another appliance, check that appliance’s water requirements before choosing a recipe.
