Cold brew made the slow way produces a fundamentally different cup than hot-brewed coffee chilled over ice — lower acidity, naturally sweeter, no bitterness from heat-induced extraction. The Japanese Cold Brew Pot is a manual slow-steep brewer: coarsely ground coffee in the built-in ABS filter, cold water poured over, then 8–12 hours in the fridge. The result is a smooth concentrate you drink straight over ice or dilute to taste.
BPA-free PS body, lightweight at 480g, ABS filter element that keeps grounds out of the final brew without paper filters. Filter is included.

How to Brew
- Add coarsely ground coffee to the built-in filter — coarser grind than pour-over, similar to French press
- Fill with cold or room-temperature water
- Steep in the fridge for 8–12 hours — longer steep for stronger concentrate
- Remove filter, pour over ice, dilute to taste or drink as concentrate
