Plastic doesn’t absorb heat the way ceramic does — skip the pre-warm step and go straight to brewing. Medium-fine grind, water around 200–205°F, 30-second bloom, 1:15 ratio (e.g., 20g coffee to 300g water) as your starting point. Adjust grind size to control flow rate.
