Guadalupe Gold — French Vanilla is a post-roast flavored medium roast from Guadalupe Roastery: high-altitude specialty Arabica, medium roasted to preserve inherent sweetness, then infused with food-grade French vanilla extract. French vanilla is a richer, creamier flavor profile than standard vanilla — closer to custard than extract, with sweet vanillin, subtle eggy warmth, and soft dairy notes that round out the mouthfeel and heighten the natural caramelization of the medium roast. The result is aromatic and smooth without being sweet in a syrupy way.
