The Shrine Blend is grown in the highlands of northern Nicaragua by the Guadalupe Cooperative and placed 4th in the 2025 Nicaragua Cup of Excellence. It’s an 80/20 lot: Arara Natural — a rare Brazilian variety — forms the base, bringing vibrant floral aromatics, tropical fruit complexity, and syrupy sweetness. The remaining 20% is Maragogype (the Elephant Bean), which contributes silky texture and refined acidity. The result is a coffee with real structural complexity — jasmine and wildflowers in the nose, panela, mango, vanilla, and dried apricot in the cup, an intense but balanced body, and a clean, lingering finish.
