Guadalupe Gold Farms French Roast is grown by Catholic farmers in the Diocese of Matagalpa, Nicaragua at 1,200–1,500m elevation, fully washed, and roasted dark — beyond second crack, where the bean’s natural oils surface and the roast character takes over. The result is bittersweet chocolate intensity, toasted nuts and molasses depth, a burnt sugar sweetness, full body, and a smooth finish with low acidity. Bold without being harsh.
