The Dragon Ridge Bottomless Portafilter is built for baristas who want their setup to look as sharp as their shots. A handcrafted dragon spine wooden handle — hand-polished for superior grip and warm tactile feel — meets a mirror-finished 304 stainless steel body that reveals every detail of the extraction below.
Strip away the spout and watch your espresso flow in real time. Channeling, uneven distribution, technique issues — the bottomless design shows you everything, so you can fix it before the next shot, not after ten more.
Available in 51mm, 54mm, and 58mm across 11 machine-specific fits.
Features
Dragon spine wooden handle — genuine wood with a carved dragon spine ridge profile, hand-polished for comfort and a confident grip. A statement piece that holds up to daily use.
304 stainless steel body — mirror-polished finish, durable, corrosion-resistant. The high-gloss surface makes extraction flow easier to read against the basket.
Bottomless (naked) design — full extraction visibility from first drip to cut-off. Channeling, distribution gaps, and tamping angles show up immediately. The fastest way to diagnose and fix puck prep issues.
Machine-specific sizing — 2-ear and 3-ear variants across 51mm, 54mm, and 58mm. Engineered for the exact lug configuration of your machine — no adapters, no leaks.

The Mexico Dark Roast we purchased through coffee hobby was delicious! I love that I can support two small businesses in the process.

We really enjoyed this coffee. It had a lot of distinctive flavor and made both a really good coffee and espresso. We just wish we got the bigger bag since by the time we were really enjoying it, it was gone!
