Pro Tip

Pre-warm the ceramic dripper and server with hot water before brewing — ceramic absorbs heat and a cold dripper will pull temperature out of your brew water mid-pour. The V60 rewards a consistent, circular pour. Medium-fine grind is a reliable starting point; adjust grind size to control flow rate rather than changing your pour speed.
