Solo Sabado is a rotating single-farm Colombian coffee from Superlost Coffee. The producer changes when each lot sells out — a living program built around direct farm relationships and seasonal availability.

Current producer: Alexander Mancilla — Cajamarca, Tolima. Mancilla started in coffee as a picker and jornalero (day worker), worked for years, and eventually saved enough to buy his own farm. He runs it today with his wife, Orfanelly, and their son. This lot is grown at 1,900 masl, fully washed, and brings out the clarity and sweetness characteristic of the Tolima region: vibrant stone fruit acidity, grapefruit-like brightness, and a rounded turbinado sugar sweetness throughout.
