The farm behind it
Ebert’s family shifted its focus to coffee after their cattle business declined. His mother invested in new coffee plantings, and he named Finca Artemira in her honor. The farm now grows coffee across 15 hectares, including Gesha. The supplied farm notes describe a 24-hour pre-fermentation followed by depulping, washing, sorting, and drying on raised beds.
