Marlon took a barista course at 17 and went home to replant his family's farm with specialty varieties. He now works with his brothers Hemerson and Pedro at The Three Coffee Farmers in Huila. This Pink Bourbon is fermented in sealed tanks, washed, treated with thermal shock, and decaffeinated using the sugarcane ethyl acetate (EA) method.
