Early Church, Early Morning – St. Peter Edition is a directly sourced Nicaraguan coffee rated in the top 3% of the world’s beans. Grown at 1,000–1,800 meters in the mountains outside Managua by a dedicated coffee cooperative, these Arabica beans are shade-grown under a forest canopy using traditional, healthier farming methods. As they say: the higher the altitude, the better the coffee.

One night, while Brother Dominic prayed in Rome, he saw a vision of the Apostles Peter and Paul. Saint Peter gave him his staff and said: “Go and preach, for this is the work you have been chosen to do.” Saint Paul gave him the New Testament and said: “Teach Jesus Christ and him crucified.”
