Ovalware Cold Brew Maker: cold brew is coarse-ground coffee steeped in cold water for 12–24 hours, then filtered. That’s the whole method — and this brewer does it cleanly. Borosilicate glass carafe, stainless steel micro-mesh filter, airtight lid. Add grounds, add water, put it in the fridge, come back the next morning. The micro-mesh keeps sediment out; the airtight lid keeps the concentrate fresh for up to two weeks.

Lower acidity than hot-brewed coffee by nature of the process — not a marketing claim, just how cold extraction works. Good with light and medium roasts where fruit and floral notes carry through; good with dark roasts if you want a clean, chocolatey concentrate for milk drinks.
