No artificial flavoring. No alcohol — burned out during roasting. Presented in a gift bottle that looks as good on a bar cart as it does next to a coffee maker.

Vanilla on the nose, dark chocolate through the middle, and a smooth bourbon warmth that lingers. The same flagship profile as the 12oz bag, in a format built for gifting. Whole bean only, 10oz.

No alcohol. The barrel aging infuses vanilla, dark chocolate, and bourbon character from the wood and residual spirit; roasting burns off all remaining alcohol.

• Dark Roast — dark chocolate intensifies, vanilla darkens toward caramel, bourbon finish is longest and warmest. Best with French press (coarse grind, 4 min) or drip black
• Light Roast — vanilla and Colombian Arabica brightness share the cup; dark chocolate is lighter, bourbon warmth cleaner and shorter. Best with pour-over (medium grind, 30 sec bloom)
• Espresso Roast — vanilla and dark chocolate carry through milk cleanly without added sweetener; bourbon warmth rounds a latte or flat white. Best with espresso machine or moka pot
