The large rectangle version of the Barista Basics tamping mat — same food-grade rubber construction and raised edge as the 6×6" square, but sized to span a full dosing station or wider counter run. The 5×12" footprint gives you tamping surface on one end and room for portafilter staging on the other without the mat shifting around.
Raised edge contains loose grounds during dose and tamp. Firm cushion surface holds the portafilter steady under pressure without sliding. Food-grade rubber throughout, rounded corners. Works with all portafilter styles.
