Less on the counter.

The KANONE moka pot dosing funnel is a coffee dosing ring that helps guide ground coffee into your moka pot's filter basket. It adds a raised edge around the opening while you fill, giving stray grounds somewhere to go besides the counter.

If you enjoy stovetop coffee but not the little trail of grounds left behind during prep, this is a simple way to tidy up that part of the routine. Set the funnel on the basket, add your coffee, and remove it before assembling your pot. It does not brew the coffee for you. It just makes getting ready a little less messy.

Why use a dosing funnel?

Helps contain loose grounds: The raised funnel guides coffee toward the basket opening while you fill.

Makes filling easier to manage: Gives you a wider area to aim for when transferring ground coffee.

Supports a tidier routine: Less scattered coffee means less brushing off the counter and basket rim.

Smooth inner surface: Easy to rinse after you finish preparing your coffee.

Compact and lightweight: A small accessory to keep alongside your moka pot rather than another bulky piece of equipment.

Which size should you choose?

Select the option that matches your moka pot: the choices on this page are labeled 2 cup or 6 cup. Color choices also vary by size, so check the complete option name before adding it to your cart.

Moka pot cup ratings refer to small coffee servings, not full-size mugs. Basket dimensions can also vary between pot designs, so do not assume a single funnel fits every brand or every size between 2 and 6 cups. Match the selected size to your pot and check that the funnel sits securely on the basket before filling.

How to use it

Place the dosing funnel on the filter basket while preparing your coffee, away from the heat. Spoon or transfer your grounds through the opening, then gently level the coffee without tamping it down. Lift off the funnel and brush any grounds from the basket rim before assembling your moka pot.

Remove the dosing funnel before heating or brewing. It is a filling accessory, not a part that stays on the pot during use. Follow your moka pot's instructions for filling and brewing.

Will it make the coffee stronger?

The funnel's job is to help with filling, not to set your coffee strength or guarantee a different extraction. Your coffee, grind, dose, and brewing method still do that work. Think of it as a practical cleanup helper, not a reason to overfill or pack the basket.

Keeping it ready for the next brew

Brush away loose grounds, rinse the funnel after use, and let it dry before storing. A clean, dry funnel is easier to use when you are measuring out the next round of coffee.

For a moka pot routine you already enjoy, this is a small addition with a straightforward purpose: keep more of the grounds where you want them.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0990/6651/1649/files/clear-moka-pot-dosing-funnels-on-a-clean-white-studio-background.png?v=1792069325
https://shopcoffeehobby.com/products/kanone-moka-pot-dosing-funnel-anti-spill-coffee-powder-distribution-ring-fits-2-6-cup-italian-stovetop-espresso-moka-maker
